What do we do? 

ARK Venue Finder is dedicated to matching clients with the best suited venues in London.

We provide assistance with all types of corporate events: meetings, staff parties, award ceremonies, Summer and Christmas parties.

How does it work?

1. Share your brief with me by email or by online form
2. An introduction call is scheduled to better understand what is important to you, discuss Terms and Conditions, and agree timeline
3. I start the search for the best venues in London, matching your criteria
4. I then put together a proposal gathering the best options and send it over to you
5. You shortlist your preferred options and I will liaise with the venues to organise site visits (in-person or virtual subject to availability)
6. Should you wish to move forward with one of the venues, I will request the contract and payment terms, review and share with you for signature
7. Upon signature and payment of deposit, I will introduce you to the Events team at the venue to discuss the operational details
8. After the event, I will follow up with both the venue and yourself for feedback

Let me do the venue finding so you can concentrate on the fun part of event organising! I bring my expertise of the Hospitality industry to advise you and communicate with venues in the most efficient way.

This service is completely free to you as ARK Venue Finder receives commission from the venues after the event has taken place.*

*Please note, if the event is cancelled, an admin fee will be charged. This will be discussed in our introduction call.
